Heidi joined Langford Vets in April 2020 and heads up the HR function. Heidi is an experienced HR Manager/Business Partner (FCIPD) with over twenty years of HR experience. She has worked in a variety of HR leadership roles for; Santander, Clarks and Nike. She relocated to the South West with Clarks and fell in love with the area. She thrives on helping the business to balance commercial and employee needs with integrity, positivity, empathy and pragmatism.
