Lucie joined the small animal hospital in 2012, having previously worked in first opinion practice as a branch manager. Lucie initially was our Customer Care Team Leader in our Small Animal Hospital before moving into her new role as Front of House Manager and Operational Support.  Lucie is passionate about customer service and delivering an excellent client journey, and being the go to person for any query.
