The Feline Centre at Langford Vets is an International Society of Feline Medicine recognised Gold Standard Cat Friendly Clinic. This means we have dedicated feline-only facilities including our waiting room, which is a serene room away from canine patients.
We have raised spaces to place cats in carriers on to allow them to feel more secure, and we provide large towels that have been sprayed with FeliwayTM to cover the carrier, which can help the cat to settle more before their examination. We recognise this is an important step in minimising any wind up of stress and anxiety in the cat's hospital experience.
We look after our you too! The room has comfortable sofas for owners as well as a hot drinks machine so clients can pause after a journey to our centre before meeting our veterinary team.
We are looking forward to welcoming owners back into our feline-only waiting room as soon as COVID allows.
